Are these subscription products?
No. Each system is a one-time payment with no GetTheDocs subscription.
How many people can use a system?
Unlimited users within one organisation. Resale and redistribution are not permitted.
Which Excel version do I need?
Microsoft 365 or Excel 2019 or later, on desktop. See Excel compatibility.
Do the files contain macros?
No. The workbooks are macro-free .xlsx files with no add-ins or external connections.
Are these web applications?
No. They are Excel workbooks, not a hosted database or an automatic bank or ERP connection.
What is included?
Each system includes a Worked Example edition with fictional data, a Blank edition for your own data, and a START HERE guide.
Do the products approve payments or declare fraud?
No. Users remain responsible for reviews, payment authorisation and investigations. FraudShield Pro shows potential risk indicators with reasons, not findings of fraud.
How do I pay?

What is the refund policy?
Because the files are digital downloads, sales are final, except for non-delivery, a faulty file reported within 30 days of purchase, or a duplicate purchase. See the full refund policy in the store footer.
Do bundle workbooks synchronise automatically?
No. Bundle workbooks operate separately. They do not automatically synchronise data with each other, your bank or your ERP. Your team manages any data transfers and reviews the outputs.
